Andrea Choe

Prior to joining The Better Meat Co., Andrea successfully built and led a multi-million dollar revenue-generating strategy for a regional multi-state nonprofit organization, serving as Vice President of sales and leading a workforce of 1,500 directors, managers, and sales associates.

With over two decades of proven leadership, Andrea's career is marked by a deep commitment to operational excellence, with extensive expertise spanning human resources, environmental health and safety, and strategic planning and marketing. Andrea is known for her ability to align complex projects with long-term organizational goals, driving growth, engagement, and impact across diverse teams and regions.

Andrea is also a dedicated community leader, having chaired several philanthropic initiatives and actively supporting local nonprofit and civic organizations. She loves mentoring the next generation and finds real joy in coaching girls lacrosse at West Park High School, where she helps young athletes grow their confidence, build leadership skills, and have fun while learning life lessons along the way.
