Nikhil Prashar is a strategic operator and investor focused on the intersection of infrastructure and biomanufacturing. He is committed to helping companies scale by structuring capital raises and tying long-term strategy to on-the-ground execution.

Prior to joining The Better Meat Co. as CFO, Nikhil held investment banking M&A roles at UBS and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He was also a management consultant with Charles River Associates. Nikhil has extensive deal experience in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Nikhil holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MSc from the University of Southern California, and a BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
